The staff remembered me, spotless hotel, cosy and comfortable room, good internet and TV channels, helpful and kind man at the desk, close to railway station and city.

Location was great! Near the station and theater. Breakfast had a wide variety and hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful. Rooms had everything one needed for a short stay and the bathrooms were nice & clean, with good water pressure. Great to have free wi fi too. Highly recommended.

Had a great time spending my Christmas at this hotel! the staff was amazing and very friendly which made my stay even better. the hotel itself was very clean and tidy. the breakfast offered was fantastic with lots of options to choose from. I really enjoyed the fact that the hotel was located in a prime location, making it very easy to get around and see the sights.

The only downside I found was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit slow at times. But it wasn't too much of a problem since I was more focused on enjoying my Christmas vacation.

We received a warm, smiling welcome (not always apparent in Germany!). The rooms were clean and comfortable with a wonderful bathroom. The breakfast (included) offered a big and excellent choice. The location is near the station and also the marvellous Karl Ernst Ostau Museum and town centre

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was very convenient being so close to the railway station and many restaurants and bars were within easy walking distance. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was a delicious buffet served on the 5th floor with amazing views. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The walls in the room were a little thin, which made it possible to hear noises from the hallway and other rooms. the curtains did not cover the whole window and let in too much light, which may be difficult for light sleepers.

This 3-star hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of the center city and close to the train station. the rooms are clean and offer good internet facilities. the breakfast buffet is impressive with a variety of options. the staff is friendly and helpful.

The rooms might require some refurbishment to offer a better quality experience.

We had an excellent stay with easy access to transportation, helpful staff, and a comfortable room. The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station, making it easy to get around. Additionally, it was in walking distance of the city centre, providing easy access to everything we wanted to see. The room was spotless and cosy with good internet and television facilities. Moreover, the breakfast was delicious and satisfying, providing a great start to the day.

Cannot find any fault with our stay in this hotel.
